What You Do
The Sneaker Cleaners In-Store Experience: Hosted at our HQ in Garfield, NJ . In-store Experience is an opportunity for you to work in a company location for two days while being shadowed by a Sneaker Cleaners operations specialist.
What We Do
The Sneaker Cleaners Hands on Day: We conduct Hands on Days on an individual group basis so that the focus is on your opportunity. All members of a prospective group are required to attend Hands on Day hosted by TSC HQ in Garfield, NJ. Our representatives from Operations, Training, Marketing and Market Planning teams will explain the support and services The Sneaker Cleaners provides as a franchisor. After Hands on Day, The Sneaker Cleaners team will evaluate the fit of the individual(s) and determine a decision in allowing the prospective Partners or prospective Partnership group in moving forward in our process.

Submit Area of Consideration letter requesting development area within 30 days after meeting for hands on day, at TSC HQ.
Work with your attorney to form legal entity that will constitute the prospective Sneaker Cleaners Franchisee and submit organizational documents to us
Schedule closing on new franchisee agreement and remit initial franchise fee
What We Do
Obtain legal organizational documents and prepare Partnership agreement closing documents
Host closing at The Sneaker Cleaners HQ , In Garfield,NJ .
Facilitate a meeting with you and your Pre-Opening Consultant

Select a qualified commercial Realtor to locate potential sites in your development area
Negotiate for site and secure executed contract for purchase or leasehold
Complete Site Selection Application and schedule an on-site visit with our real estate team
Secure financing
Close on real estate

Review your Site Selection Application
Travel to your site to evaluate the location and confirm whether or not it meets our minimum preferred site criteria
Issue an exclusive area

Request bids from a list of TSC’s approved general contractors
Order plans and coordinate permitting
Schedule a pre-construction meeting with our Design and Construction department and your general contractor
Oversee construction of Cleaning Center.

Conduct frequent communication about your progress through your New Store Development Consultant

Deliver all operations booklet sets.

Facilitate communication among our Partnership community through annual conferences, regional group meetings and The Sneaker Cleaners LLC Advisory Council
Continue to lead the Brand through continual improvements on our web platform and hardware research & development department.
